All payment processing is handled by Paystack. We never receive or store your card number, CVV, or PIN. When you pay via Paystack, a secure checkout hosted by Paystack handles the transaction. We only receive confirmation that a payment was successful, along with the payment reference and amount.
Your Nigerian bank account details (for cashouts) are stored on our servers in encrypted form and are only used to process withdrawal requests you initiate.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active, or as required to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of 5 years to satisfy regulatory requirements.
